003: Alicia Blackburn (Part 1) - Music, Trauma and Church...oh my!

In this episode, I get to interview Alicia Blackburn (She/They), on their various traumas and how they have persevered.  

Starting at an early age, Alicia found coping mechanisms for their anxiety.  This laid a foundation for finding new modalities to connect with emotion and survive a gauntlet of trauma for the past couple decades.  

We share in these experiences and unpack in an effort to edify, educate and entertain. We wouldn't shut up...so we've cut this into 3 parts for easy consumption.
